Conference Announcement:
posted Dec 1, 2004
12th IFAC Symposium on Information
Control Problems in Manufacturing INCOM’2006
www.emse.fr/incom06/call_for_papers.html
The Symposium offers you and your colleagues the advantages of the
IFAC publication policy: INCOM'06 publishes Preprints Volumes with full
selected papers (before the Symposium) and Proceedings Volumes by
Elsevier Sciences as post-conference books. The Proceedings Volumes
include all presented at Symposium papers. In addition, INCOM06 offers
large opportunities for publication of your extended papers in
scientific journals.
Organized by the prestigious Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de
St Etienne (ENSM.SE), which is an elite French Graduate School (in TOP
10) founded by a royal decree in 1816, INCOM'06 Symposium is dedicated
to the ENSM.SE’s jubilee.
The Symposium is already sponsored by eleven IFAC technical
committees and by three IFIP Working groups. The main sponsor is the
IFAC Technical Committee 5.1 “Manufacturing Plant Control”.

Welcome to the web site for the
International Society for Enterprise Engineering (ISEE). We are a professional society
comprised of individuals and member organizations interested in promoting Enterprise
Engineering (EE). It is an independent, non-profit organization with membership that
includes industry, government, and academic representation. The ISEE provides a forum for
discussing the latest advances in EE through papers at conferences, panel discussion,
computer tools exhibits, workshops, and the latest facility - the ISEE World Wide Web
(WWW) site.
Enterprise Engineering
(ISEE definition)
"The body of knowledge, principles, and disciplines related to the analysis, design,
implementation and operation of all elements associated with an enterprise." EE
methods include modeling, cost analysis, simulation, workflow analysis, bottleneck
analysis. EE concepts include TQM, JIT, change management, and value added analysis.

What is Enterprise
Engineering?
